Sunday spins going really well;

Sunday the 19th of November saw a very mild and dry day, which made a welcome change from the dreary, stormy and wet conditions which have prevailed on most weekends since the 1st day of Autumn. Fourteen riders took off at 9am for a very enjoyable trip over the Three Counties course, via Dromahair, Monorhamilton, Kinlough and with a coffee stop at Tullaghan.

Similarly, there was also a large contingent of riders in each of the 10am groups. All enjoyed their respective spins and coffee stops by all accounts. We hope to hold some more club Sunday’s in the new year with all riders mixing so that the more experienced riders can pass on some useful tips to the less experienced riders in our club.

Get well soon;

We wish two of our members, who took heavy falls recently a very speedy recovery. Get well soon and get back in the saddle Rose and Monica.
