1.On September 22nd, to keep the tradition & history of the IWCC alive, the club are holding a “Three Counties” spin for all IWCC members. There will be one route which is a 84 km. Coffee & sandwiches will be provided by the club at the halfway point in the Allingham Arms Hotel. Bundoran. The route is posted on the Cyql app and will take in the Counties of Sligo, Leitrim & Donegal. If you plan on taking part, please indicate on the Cyql app or email secretary@innisfreewheelers.com by Wednesday 18th so we can plan how many spin leaders are required & to provide the hotel with numbers for lunch. This is a social spin & will replace the usual Sunday spins.

2.On October 5th, a cycling workshop will take place in the Riverside Hotel at 10 am. This event is a collaboration between Innisfree Wheelers and Cycling Connacht but all Cycling Ireland members can attend. 3.Autumn/Winter Strengthening & Conditioning Classes will restart on October 1st subject to interest. These classes are open to all IWCC members who are interested. The proposed time is 5.30 pm (1hr) for 6 weeks. Sessions will involve turbo bikes/trampoline/weights etc. Classes are subject to at least 16/20 signing up for them and payment of €60 upfront. The venue is Fitness 4 All, Strandhill.
