Winter Training:  - Sunday morning spins continue at 10am from IT Sligo. Numbers have been great recently with over twenty cyclists setting off from IT Sligo. Every one is welcome to come along - especially the Ladies! Usually there is a short tour of about  20K and the longer tour is about 70K. Contact the Secretary or any member of the committee for further information. A quick reminder to wrap up now that the chill is back in the air. Bring ample food and liquids on the bike during long training sessions. 

Winter Spinning Sessions: - This years sessions will take place on Wednesday nights in The Clarion Hotel at 8pm and will be led again by Dessie Foley. Book your place early. Contact the Secretary for details. Note -  just a few places left.

Winter Night time Mountain Biking: - This activity recommenced on Wednesday 4th of October and will continue every Wednesday night at Lurganboy Wood near Manorhamilton. (See route maps). Routes also include The Deerpark at Calry and Union Wood. A sturdy bike, good rain gear and good lights are all that is required. The group meet at 7pm at Shanvas crossroads.
