This new addition to our training schedule will begin at Carraroe on Saturday 20th of March at 10am. The spin group is open to all members - especially unexperienced new members who want to taste the delights of group cycling.

A number of experienced members of the club will be present to guide the beginners. It is an opportunity for people contemplating the An Post 60k event to get in a regular spin with a group for a few weeks.

The group will assemble at Carraroe car park at 9:45 where a group leader will outline the rules and routes for the morning. This works very well at present for the Sunday Spin group so hopefully any new members who can't make it on a Sunday are more that welcome to come along.

All you need is a road-worthy bicycle some suitable clothing and of course the helmet is compulsory!
