This is a fairly easy course, even suitable for beginner mountain bikers. Start at Clogherevagh and follow the loop road onto the main Sligo-Dromahair road. Turn right and after about 100 metres take a left into the Deer Park (though a field with a fairly muddy path). There are a number of circuits in the Deer Park but the most popular is the 3km circuit that circumvents the court cairn and passes close to the famous Giants Grave. Mid-way through the circuit take a break to view Colgagh Lake and the beautiful hills of Ballure. Exit the Deer Park on to the old Sligo-Manorhamilton road. Take a right and after about 400 metres turn left for Keelogeyboy. This is quite a steep climb for just 2km. After the top take a left for Fermoyle and before the descent take in the panoramic view of Calry, Sligo Town and Rosses Point. Keep left all the way and return through the Deer Park for home.
