This is quite a tough challenge, with a number of good climbs. Take the lake road via Parkes Castle towards Dromahair. Turn left just before entrance to village. The first climb is encountered on Shriff and Muragh - a distance of some 10km. On exiting onto the main N16 road turn right and a sharp left after just 100 metres. Another slight incline is met at Lurganboy before a steady climb towards Rossinver from Manorhamilton. Turn right towards Kiltyclogher and be prepared for a steep climb out of Kiltyclogher on the return road towards Manorhamilton. Stop for a coffee break in Manorhamilton before tackling the toughest climb at Kilcoosey which takes you onto the old Sligo-Eniskillen road at Newtownmanor. It is all downhill then on the return home through Calry. Turn left at the old Calry Creamery and nearly home except for a nasty 12% climb for 400 metres at Tully.
