Start at Sligo IT westerly direction on Ash Lane to lights. Turn right on to N15 then a quick left towards Rosses Point.

Pass Ballincar and enjoy the great view of Knocknarea Mountain and Sligo bay. Keep to the promenade and ride all the way to the car park at the beach.

Take a right loop through the upper car park and ride back to the t-junction at the hotel. Take a left turn here – takes you behind the village and be careful on the descent to the village after the church.

About 1km towards Sligo take a left turn for Ballyweelin. This is quite a sharp climb but quite short. Take a right turn at t-junction and the same at the Cregg t-junction. This will bring you back on to the Rosses Point road just before Cartron. Be careful crossing N15 at traffic lights to return to Sligo IT.
