Start at Sligo IT and take a westerly direction on Ash Lane to roundabout. [1]Take a right turn here for Ballytivnan. Continue in an Easterly direction parallel to the main N15 road all the way to the Glencar valley.

[2]Turn right for the Lake on the lower Glencar road. Continue with the Lake on your right hand side. [3]Stop for a break either at the Lake or just a few hundred metres past is the famous Glencar waterfall.

Continue until you gently climb on to the main N15 Sligo to Enniskillen road. [4]Take a right turn here towards Sligo. (Be careful on this road as traffic can be quite heavy and ride single file). This will take you back to the finish at Sligo IT.
