This is a relatively easy spin. Starting at Sligo IT proceed westwards towards N15 on Sligo mid-block route. Turn left at traffic lights.

At Hughes bridge take a right turn for Finisklin along the quays. Go through roundabout towards Finisklin Business Park. Turn right again just before Finisklin Business Park taking the scenic route by Giberalter. This exits on to the Strandhill road at Cumeen. Take a right to Strandhill and continue through upper Strandhill going in the Ballisodare direction.

At Ballydroighead bridge take a right, then a left on the N4 towards Sligo, then take a sharp right after 200 metres and this narrow climb will take us out on to the Ballygawley/Keadue road at Union wood. Turn right for Ballygawley and at Ballygawley take a left for Ballintogher/Dromahair.

At Dromahair take a right for Manorhamilton. Take a left at the old creamery (after abour 2k) and this takes us to Manorhamilton directly.

Turn left in Manorhamilton for Sligo and after about 4k take a sharp left to climb Murragh mountain and this takes us back to Sligo via Newtownmanor and Calry.
