Innisfree Wheelers Registration

We are renewing our club membership for 2024 and also welcoming new members over 18 years old to sign up. All cyclists who register with our club are required to sign up with Cycling Ireland as part of the registration policy. This entitles cyclists to dedicated insurance and a great variety of cycling info. through the cycling Ireland website and HUB.
Depending on your cycling ability there are options for you within Innisfree wheelers and below is a basic description of our club cycles.
> A Group - average 70 /100 km on Sunday spins
> B Group -average 50/80 km on Sunday spins
> C group -average 30/50 km on Sunday spins

For people who are interested in joining the club you are very welcome to join our organised spins. These depart from the Sligo IT arena car park off Ash Lane on Sunday mornings ( A,B & C groups start @ 10am please arrive at least 15minutes early) The spins are registered on our Facebook page the day before showing proposed route and distance .Its a great opportunity to meet fellow cyclists and of course the coffee/cake stop is always the highlight of every spin.
The only requirement is a roadworthy bike and a cycling helmet. Please make sure you wear well padded shorts/pants and top suitable for the weather conditions and visibility. Interested cyclists are initially covered by insurance for 3 club spins and then are required to sign up as as a club and cycling Ireland member.
