85km route: ...... Sligo IT to Dromahair Dromahair to N16 N16 left towards Sligo Travel 15km turn right when instructed to by stewards Passing Glencar Lake (refreshment point) After waterfall take left turn towards Manorhamilton via Lurganboy Rest point in Castle Bar in Manorhamilton 85km route- take N16 back to Sligo travel 4km turn left when instructed to by stewards Continue on for 16km to finish at Sligo IT

150km route- ....... Manorhamilton to Rossinver 11km via R282 take left towards Kinlough (along south of Lough Melvin) Turn right at Kinlough, travel 2km take right turn (as marked) for Garrisson, after 10km turn right for Kiltyclogher, straight through village towards Manorhamilton via the R283. take N16 back to Sligo travel 4km turn left when instructed to by stewards Continue on for 16km to finish at Sligo IT

Take R282 towards Rossinver, Kinlough, Garrison, Kiltyclogher, Manorhamilton. Return on N17 towards Sligo, turn for Leckaun, Colgagh, Sligo IT - Finish.
